1. Who we are and these terms
This website is operated by Artirior Contracting LLC, a company established in the United Arab Emirates. Glass Store AE is a trading name of Artirior Contracting LLC and is also styled “Glassstore”. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Artirior Contracting LLC, and “you” means anyone who uses the website or buys from us.
By using this website, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping & Delivery and Returns Policy form part of these terms.

2. Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- give false, misleading or someone else’s details when creating an account, requesting a quote or ordering;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with their operation;
- copy, scrape or resell our catalogue, images or descriptions in bulk without our written permission;
- use the site in any way that breaches UAE law.
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been misused. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
3. Products and product information
We take care to describe our products accurately, but the site is a catalogue, not a contract. Dimensions, specifications, load or performance figures, finishes and images are provided for guidance. Screens vary, and finishes (for example brushed, polished, matte or PVD) can differ slightly from photographs and between production batches.
You are responsible for checking that a product’s specification, size, finish and compatibility suit your project before ordering. Ask us if you are unsure — we are happy to confirm details or send technical drawings where available.
Availability shown on the site is indicative and may change. Stock is confirmed when we accept your order.
4. Quotations and orders
Most of our catalogue is priced by quotation. Sending a request for quotation (RFQ) or adding items to your quote basket is an enquiry only: it does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to buy or sell.
- A quotation is our offer to supply the stated items on the stated terms. Unless it says otherwise, it is valid for 14 days from its date and is subject to stock availability.
- A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (including by email or WhatsApp), or when we dispatch the goods, whichever is first.
- If you place an order through the checkout, you will receive an acknowledgement. That acknowledgement is not acceptance; we accept your order when we confirm it or dispatch the goods.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the price or description was published in error, or we cannot verify your details. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
If your quotation or a separate written project agreement contains terms that differ from these (for instance for special-order items), the quotation or agreement takes priority for that order.
5. Prices and VAT
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices are stated on your quotation or invoice, which will say whether they include or exclude value added tax (VAT). VAT is charged at the rate required by UAE law (currently 5%) where it applies, and shown separately on tax invoices.
Delivery, installation, cutting or any customisation is not included in a product price unless the quotation says so.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before we accept your order we will tell you and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling.
6. Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quotation or order confirmation. At present we offer cash on delivery on eligible orders and other methods (such as bank transfer) where we agree them in writing. We do not currently take card payments on this website.
Cash on delivery must be paid in AED to the delivery driver, who will issue a receipt. Ownership of goods passes to you when we have received payment in full.
For trade accounts and larger projects we may require a deposit or payment before dispatch, particularly for special-order items.
7. Delivery and returns
How and when we deliver, and who bears the risk of goods in transit, is explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Your rights to return or exchange goods, including faulty or wrong items, are in our Returns Policy.
8. Suitability, safety and installation
Our products are fittings and hardware for glass doors, partitions, balustrades, showers and similar installations. Glazing and structural work can be dangerous if done incorrectly. You are responsible for:
- choosing products, glass thickness and quantities suitable for the intended load, use and applicable building and safety regulations (including the requirements of the relevant UAE authority);
- having installation carried out by a competent, qualified installer in line with the manufacturer’s instructions; and
- obtaining any engineering advice, drawings or approvals your project requires.
Unless we have expressly agreed in writing to do so, we do not design, engineer or certify installations, and information we give about suitability is general guidance and not professional engineering advice.
9. Faulty goods and warranty
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, match their description and be fit for the purpose we agreed with you. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as ordered, you are entitled to a remedy — repair, replacement or refund — as set out in our Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under UAE consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies to a product, we will say so on the quotation or product information. A warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation or modification.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault, for fraud or deliberate wrongdoing, or for gross negligence.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows: (a) our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned; and (b) we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit, lost contracts or project delay costs, where those were not a foreseeable result of our breach. If you are a consumer, these limits apply only so far as UAE consumer protection law permits.
11. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as supplier or shipping disruption, port or customs delays, strikes, severe weather, government action or utility failure. We will tell you as soon as we reasonably can and do what we can to limit the delay. If the delay is long, you may cancel the affected part of your order and we will refund anything you have paid for it.
12. Intellectual property
The website’s design, text, logos, images and catalogue content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by UAE and international law. Product names and manufacturer marks belong to their owners. You may view and print pages for your own quotation and project use, but may not otherwise copy or reuse them without our written permission.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
15. Complaints, governing law and disputes
If something is wrong, please contact us first at info@glassstore.ae or on +971 55 874 5144 — most problems can be sorted out quickly and fairly. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you may also refer it to the competent consumer protection authority in the UAE (in Dubai, the Department of Economy and Tourism).
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from a purchase, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied there. Subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term at any time does not waive it.
